Matt has been working with ARS for 7 years. He started working as a Truck Driver and worked his way into the Logistics Manager position. Matt handles all incoming and outbound shipments, as well as, scheduling pick up routes for our own Trucks.
Matt is a Metro Atlanta native, from Gwinnett County. Graduated from Duluth High School in 2009 and pursued a degree in Sports Management at the University of West Georgia. He is engaged to a beautiful woman named Alexandra and they’ve been together since 2012.
With over 40 years of experience in the IT/Computer industry ranging from purchasing, inventory control, production/project management and sales account management, Fred started his career with an education in electronics theory from DeVry Tech at the age of 17. Fred rapidly got his first IT related job at Peachtree Accounting Software in the diskette duplication department. At that time, Peachtree was owned by MSA, an Atlanta software organization established by John Imlay, a local entrepreneur that became a national software and tech industry giant.
After being exposed to such a technology bedrock, over the subsequent years, Fred moved on and pursued a variety of challenges at numerous smaller IT companies where he acquired knowledge in a diverse range of aspects in computer technologies, operational procedures, sales methodologies and corporate culture before joining ARS in early 2005, becoming a key member in the growth and success of our organization. Currently, he is part of our executive management team, specializing in sales and project administration.
Gregg joined Atlanta Recycling Solutions in January 2019. He comes to ARS with over 20 years in medical device sales. Gregg is very passionate about taking care of his clients every need. In addition to sales, Gregg coached 6 years of high school basketball.
A native of Georgia, he grew up in the small town of Toccoa located in the mountains of northeast GA. Thus, Gregg is an avid Clemson Tiger fan and is a fan of the Atlanta professional teams. Gregg moved to Gainesville, GA after high school to attend Gainesville College. He resides in Flowery Branch, GA.
Gregg enjoys spending time with his two sons Donnie and Tanner bowling, skating, kayaking, playing basketball, playing football, going to the movies, and attending summer concerts. Also, Gregg enjoys spending time with his mother and her dog Buddy.
John spent 30 years in the restaurant business with Longhorn Steaks and Norman’s Landing before joining Atlanta Recycling Solutions in 2010. John enjoys working in the sales department selling our great service.
After growing up in the Air Force, John’s father retired, and he settled in Georgia after travelling throughout the United States and Great Britain.
John attended Dekalb Jr. College and the University of Georgia.
John enjoys golf, bicycle trail riding, following the Atlanta Braves and the Minnesota Vikings, plus spending time with his sons, Johnny and Charles.
Taylor has been working full time for Atlanta Recycling Solutions since 2016.
He graduated from Creekview High School and attended the University of West Georgia where he received his bachelor’s in business administration.
Taylor has worked part time for Atlanta Recycling Solutions since 2011. He is extremely knowledgeable about how we operate as a company and was able to see firsthand how much this company has grown just in the last decade.
He is a fitness enthusiast who prides himself on his work ethic.
If he is not at work or in the gym, you will most likely find him spending time with friends and family.
Grant has been instrumental the last ten years in structuring Atlanta Recycling Solutions, LLC infrastructure to become a more streamline operation for the ITAD Industry. With the rapid growth in the technology industry, Grant believes that properly handling electronic waste along with data security is now more important than ever, not only for the environment, but for individual safety as well.
Grant went to Sequoyah High School in Cherokee County and has a Finance Degree from The University of West Georgia. Grant is a sports enthusiast as well as being an avid golfer. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
David McCleskey began his career in IT at Southern Company working in the Data Center from 1976 until 1983. In between a career change, David worked in the hospitality industry where he was able to fine tune his customer service skills, not knowing that he would be using these same skillsets today. David worked in Sales and Management for a company that provided solutions to the financial industry from 1986 to 2004. David McCleskey and David Loxsom started Atlanta Recycling Solutions in 2004.
David enjoys playing softball on the Senior Softball Circuit, Atlanta Braves Baseball, Fishing, Georgia Bulldogs Football and Golf. Most importantly David likes spending time with his wife Tina, and their two sons Grant and Taylor.
